Moving to a Real Living village means you can leave the hard work to us and focus on the things you love. One of our Pakuranga Park residents, Jess, has truly embraced this lifestyle and has become a recognized painter in the amateur art scene. Over the past eight years, Jess has honed her skills under the tutelage of Tony Clark Studio and is an active member of the Howick Art Group.
