1. Eligibility
This offer is available to residents of Remuera Gardens Serviced Apartments who have been assessed by the relevant health authorities as requiring Rest Home Level Care and whose care needs can be safely met within a Serviced Apartment setting.

2. Care Level Limitations
Serviced Apartments are certified for Rest Home Level Care only. Residents whose care needs increase to Hospital Level Care or Dementia Level Care may be required to transfer to an appropriate care setting.

3. Occupation and Care Agreements
Residents will continue to occupy their Serviced Apartment under their existing Occupation Right Agreement and will be required to enter into an Admission Agreement for the provision of care services.

4. Care Fees
The weekly care fee will be based on the maximum Rest Home Level Care contribution determined by the Government from time to time and may change in line with Government adjustments.

5. Accommodation Rebate
Residents receiving Rest Home Level Care in their Serviced Apartment may be entitled to an accommodation rebate in accordance with Health New Zealand funding arrangements.

6. Government Subsidies
Residents may be eligible for Government funding assistance, including the Residential Care Subsidy, subject to meeting applicable needs assessment and financial means assessment criteria.

7. General
Remuera Gardens reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace this offer at any time. Individual eligibility and care arrangements will be confirmed following assessment and completion of the required documentation.
