Keeping fit and having fun with a 'boogie' class

Boney M “By the rivers of Babylon” is one of the classic songs that the residents of Warkworth Oaks enjoy dancing again and again. The village started a socially distanced boogie class during the 2020’s lockdown and it was so successful that it became a permanent weekly session.  Now they meet on Monday and Fridays to keep fit and have fun listening to old and new favourites.

The Village Activities Coordinator, Raewyn Morrison, leads the class with active dance moves and a good sense of humour. Impossible not to feel great after one of her 'boogie' sessions!
